Dr Teeranlall Ramgopal was a trustee of the Community Foundation from 2010 until 2012. He rejoined the board of trustees in 2016.
He worked in the NHS for 24 years – from Clinical Nursing to teaching to Senior Manager of Nursing Education, including the posts of “Assistant, Vice and Acting Principal” of the Shropshire and Staffordshire College of Nursing and Midwifery. Whilst there he co-ordinated and managed the College’s corporate/public affairs – external communications and relations with key stakeholders.
He joined Staffordshire University as Associate Dean of the School of Health. Besides maintaining NHS external relations, he contributed to the strategic management of the School and led the Quality Assurance component of the School’s work, including the first QAA subject review.
As well as being a trustee of The Community Foundation he is also presently supporting U-Aspire London and Staffordshire University’s School Academy, Hednesford as Trustee/Governor/Director.
