Business Development Officer
As a professional, driven and confident person with experience in business development you will be helping to make a difference to the lives of thousands of people across Staffordshire, from all walks of life.
We have exciting and ambitious plans for growth over the next 5 years, and this will be your opportunity to get involved and effect change at a grassroots level. As a non-cause related organisation, we are able to support many different people, with many different issues. It also means you’ll have the opportunity to develop broad relationships, with people who want to make a difference in their community.
You will be joining a small team of committed people from various walks of life, in a relaxed but professional environment. You will be earning between £21,268 and £22,658 per annum, (pro-rata for part-time appointment), as well as enjoying a generous benefits package, including 28 days annual leave per annum, guaranteed Christmas holidays, paid expenses, access to an employment perks package including discounts from major stores, as well as flexible start and finish times.

Administrator
You will be joining a small team of committed people from various walks of life, in a relaxed but professional environment. You will be earning between £16,218 and £17,658 per annum, (pro-rata for part-time appointment), as well as enjoying a generous benefits package, including 28 days annual leave per annum, guaranteed Christmas holidays, paid expenses, access to an employment perks package including discounts from major stores, as well as flexible start and finish times.
Our administrators look after grant applications, help to support officers in the organisation, and service some of our regular meetings. They also look after our social media, and have an input into our many initiatives, meeting many members of the public throughout their work.
